【异动股】Iondrive (ASX:ION)暴涨：溢价配售完成600万澳元定增 加速建设锂电池回收试点工厂
ACB News《澳华财经在线》12月4日讯，Iondrive Ltd (ASX股票代码:ION) 以每股0.014澳元价格发行4.3亿份新股，完成600万澳元配售，发行价较最新价溢价16.7%。
公司不但迎来机构投资者Terra Capital，获得基石股东Strata Investment和Ilwella 的支持，且董事会和管理层积极参与其中。
周二截止澳东时间下午1.20，ION澳交所股价暴涨83.33%，报0.022澳元，成交量4495万股。过去一年该股上扬83.33%。
londrive独有技术可通过环保可持续工艺从报废电池中提取锂、镍、钴、锰等关键矿物，近期完成的预可研报告（PFS）证实其工艺能够实现极高回收率并具备市场可行性。
londrive首席执行官Ebbe Dommisse表示，所募资金将用于建设和运营基于深共晶溶剂（DES）电池回收技术试点工厂，推进在欧盟和美国市场的行业合作。
澳华财经在线数据库显示，ION已发行股本7.1亿股，最新市值1559万澳元。截止上季度末，公司账面现金结余260万澳元。
