aged [55], is our chief geologist and is primarily responsible for overseeing our Group’s coal exploration and mining operations. Mr. Yao has over 31 years of experience as a qualified geologist in the PRC. From December 1980 to March 1989, Mr. Yao worked at the geological bureau of the Sichuan Province as a geological surveyor. From April 1989 to April 1995, Mr. Yao worked in the mineral resources management office of the Fengjie County, where he was primarily responsible for the management of mineral resources. From May 1995 to September 2002, Mr. Yao was the chief of the coal production department of the Coal Mine Production Authority in Fengjie County, where he was primarily responsible for the management of mineral resources. From October 2002 to March 2007, Mr. Yao worked as a safety supervisor at the Work Safety Supervision Bureau of the Fengjie County. From March 2007 to February 2011, Mr. Yao worked at Guoping Industrial as its chief geologist. Since March 2011, Mr. Yao has been the chief geologist of the Group, for which he is in charge of the development and utilisation of the mineral resources.

Mr. Yao received a college diploma in Geology from the Kunming Geological School (昆明地质学校) in 1980. Mr. Yao was conferred a senior engineer specialising in geological exploration by the Chongqing Government in June 2004.
