CMC Markets专栏: 全球乳制品拍卖再次利好纽币

昨日全球乳制品拍卖价格较前值再次上涨9.9%，实现自8月份以来第四次连续上涨，新西兰出口量最大的全脂奶粉价格上涨12.9%，价格为2824美元/公吨。
纽币因利好消息再次冲高，兑美元汇率一度冲破0.65，目前在0.6550附近运行。纽币相对于其他货币价格指数（TWI）由70.51上涨至70.77。
乳品价格的逐步回稳使得新西兰央行再次降息的预期降低，央行下一次的议息会议将在10月29日举行。奥克兰ASB银行外汇销售主管Tim Kelleher表示：“整体大宗商品价格在上周复苏，虽然我们并没有脱离险境，但是乳品拍卖价格的明显复苏确实是好消息，并且隔夜长期期货价格指向3500美元/公吨。”

纽币近期的大幅反弹是伴随着国际大环境转变的，自8月份下旬以后，国际大宗商品价格开始逐步筑底反弹，表现最为突出的为能源性商品原油与制造业主要原料铜价的持续反弹，农产品价格也有大幅复苏。如之前文章所提及，投资者逐步有投机型交易转为实业生产的投资。加之美国取消其9月份加息的决定与上周五非农业就业数据的不良表现使得美元由持续下行的态势。同时新西兰最大的贸易合作伙伴中国经济也伴随股市的逐步回稳有转好迹象。
需要提醒的是，近期的转好迹象并不代表大趋势的迅速逆转，根据ANZ银行预测，新西兰经济仍然呈下行风险，纽币的反弹可能是暂时状况，新兴市场与中国经济放缓的压力，加之市场对美元的需求仍然有可能使纽币继续下行。其预计在2016年9月份新西兰官方利率可能下调至2.5%。
