明日将迎来新西兰央行再一次议息会议，关于此次官方汇率是否会再次下调25个百分点，市场对其降息的可能性占绝大多数。但也许本次降息的可能性是一半一半，原因有四：
一方面是新西兰商业信心有所好转，根据ANZ银行的新西兰商业信心指数调查，10月份与11月份均有大幅增长，分别录得10.5与14.6，此指数大于零预示商业信心为乐观迹象；
其次，虽然乳制品价格持续低迷，但仍然在8月份低位有明显反弹迹象，并且12月1日的拍卖价格较前值有提高；
再次，新西兰房价刚刚稍有回落，降息有可能会再次催高房价而使得努力前功尽弃；
最后，由于美联储加息预期强烈，新西兰央行可能会在美国加息之前保持其货币政策不变。
技术形态上，纽币/美元有较强的潜在支持形态，主要区间是在0.6500-0.6600之间的区域。如果支持成功，则上方的潜在的短期上行目标可能在0.6760-0.6840之间，如果能够突破则可能向0.7170附近迈进。
日线图上看，这对货币对走在类似上行通道的区间内，目前运行于通道底部附近，有可能在此受到支持再次上行，但同时不排除下探0.6590附近的可能性，0.6590-0.6600有可能是短期的一个潜在的支持位置，这个位置是黄金分割延展线23.6%回荡线附近的位置。上方潜在的上行目标可能在0.6760（通道上轨附近与黄金分割回荡线位置），然后是0.6840。
周线图上看，纽币/美元走出潜在的向上三角形整理形态，有可能会选择时机突破，下放的潜在强支持依然是在0.6500附近，而如果能够成功上破此区域，上方的潜在目标将可能分别在0.6810与0.7170。
