近日，肖千大使分别接受凤凰卫视、澳多元文化电视台（SBS）专访，就中澳关系、对澳签证政策、春节文化等回答提问。

肖大使提前向在澳华侨华人拜年，指出过去一年，在双方共同努力下，中澳关系实现全面转圜并取得丰硕成果。新的一年，双方应坚定落实两国领导人达成的战略共识，坚持相互尊重，聚焦共同利益，妥善管控分歧，推动中澳关系在巩固的基础上实现更大发展。

肖大使应询介绍了我对澳签证优惠政策及领事便民举措，强调在澳华侨华人是中澳民间交往的桥梁和纽带，为澳经济社会发展、中澳关系改善发展发挥积极作用。中澳警务部门合作打击电信诈骗等跨国犯罪取得很好成绩。中国驻澳使领馆将继续做好服务，为增进两国人文交流创造更多便利。

Ambassador Xiao Qian Receives Exclusive Interviewswith Phoenix TV and Australia’s SBS

Recently, Ambassador Xiao Qian received exclusive interviews with Phoenix Television and Special Broadcasting Service(SBS) Australia, answering questions on China-Australia relations, China’s visa policies towards Australia, Spring Festival and so on.

Ambassador Xiao extended Chinese New Year greetings in advance to Chinese community in Australia. He highlighted that, over the past year, China-Australia relations had achieved comprehensive turnaround and fruitful results with the joint efforts from both sides. In the new year, the two sides should firmly implement the strategic consensus reached by leaders of the two countries, uphold mutual respect, focus on common interests, properly manage differences, and promote greater development of China-Australia relations on a solid foundation.

In response to enquiries, Ambassador Xiao briefed China’s preferential visa policies for Australia and consular convenience measures to Chinese citizens, emphasizing that Chinese community in Australia serve as a bridge and bond for people-to-people exchanges between the two countries and have made positive contributions to Australia’s economic and social development as well as the improvement and growth of China-Australia relations. Chinese and Australian law enforcement agencies have cooperated to combat transnational crimes such as telecom fraud and achieved good results. The Chinese Embassy and Consulates General in Australia will continue to provide quality services and create more opportunities to enhance cultural exchanges between the two countries.
