澳大利亚优德煤业新股推介会本周启幕

ACB News《澳华财经在线》报道：世界500强企业河南能源化工集团下属控股公司——澳大利亚优德煤业股份有限公司（U & D Coal Ltd，ASX：UND）公开发行股票（IPO）的新股招募活动正在南半球火热进行中。

优德煤业此次采用集合竞价的方式进行新股发行，系澳交所首次。优德煤业首次公开招股计划发行不超过2.5亿份新股，最低融资5000千万澳元，预定于2014年2月在澳大利亚证券交易所（ASX）挂牌上市。
