ACB News, Sydney – 20 October 2025:  Avenira Limited (ASX: AEV), an ASX-listed battery cathode and fertiliser project developer, announced the appointment of Mr. John He as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, effective from 17 October 2025. Ms. Stephanie Yuan, former Chair and CEO, will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr. He brings extensive experience in strategy, capital markets, and resource-sector operations. He previously held senior roles with Roc Partners, PwC Australia’s M&A team, and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in New York, and currently serves on the board of Nigerian lithium company Bullcrest. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Under his contract, Mr. He will receive a base salary of AUD 250,000 per annum, a short-term incentive of up to 50%, and 24 million share options exercisable over three years (subject to shareholder approval).

The company also appointed Mr. Jason He as Executive Director. Ms. Ran Mo and Mr. Shixing Zhang have stepped down as Directors, with Ms. Mo continuing as Finance Manager to ensure operational continuity.

Deputy Executive Chairman Mr. Brett Clark said John He’s capital markets background and Jason He’s transactional expertise will strengthen Avenira’s leadership as it advances the Wonarah Phosphate Project and deepens its partnership with Hebang.

Mr. John He said his focus will be on accelerating project development, identifying early revenue opportunities, and building a sustainable growth path for shareholders.
