中国镁业(CMC)公布运营进展

       澳华财经在线报道：澳交所上市公司 China Magnesium Corporation Limited (ASX:CMC) 致力于成为一家世界级的大型，低成本镁以及镁合金一体型生产商。今日该公司发布其运营进展。

   2012年4月30日公司发布公告称白云山采石场已经竣工。目前，采石场开始运营，已经出售白云石给当地市场。工厂最终投产计划目前正在与一系列中国银行机构商谈。商谈已经进入后期阶段，将逐步增加产量。

    公司迄今已经发布约1000万左右股票给基于亚洲的投资集团，以每股0.3澳元募集到360万澳元，相较于公司在澳交所的最新股价溢价62%。约100万的现金将用来完成先前宣布的460万一期款项配置，预计在Ningxia Tianjing Tianda 冶金熔炼公司并购项目后结束。CMC目前对于Ningxia Tianjing Tianda并购，资金已到位。宁夏省级政府部门的审批进展顺利，CMC预计最终授权将需45天。

    CMC 总经理Tom Blackhurst 表示：“此次资本募集对公司发展相当重要。这表明亚洲投资机构对CMC的信心。在亚洲做生意，有些方面比西方更具有挑战性，但是投资者对我们的业务机遇与风险非常理解。我感谢股东对CMC的信任。”
